The Pension Fund ‘Stichting Pensioenfonds Capgemini Nederland’ is a separate entity from the Capgemini Netherlands company. The purpose of the fund is to administer the retirement benefits for employees who work for (or have worked for) Capgemini Netherlands.
All information and communication from the Pension Fund to its participants has thus far been in the Dutch language.
We recognize this means we may not effectively reach our non-Dutch speaking (former) colleagues.
To help alleviate this, we have taken the action to add English subtitles to the recording of our annual (the 20th of June 2023) online communication event for all participants. You can find the link here:

During the event, the chairman of the fund interviews several board members to cover subjects like:
- The pension offerings of the fund
- How did the fund do in 2022 and how does this reflect on the pension expectations
- What can we expect in the future, especially the new law that is applicable per July 1st 2023.
In future, the board of the Pension Fund will continue to look at better ways to communicate with our non-Dutch speaking (former) colleagues. We will keep you posted on our progress via our website: pensioenfonds-cg.nl.
